Retired from a career in aerospace engineering and management with an M.B.A. Doug has always loved working with and training dogs. He is passionate about improving lives of others.

Maureen “Mickey” worked as a Nurse Manager, School Nurse, Case Manager and Legal Nurse Consultant. She has been involved in FIMH Foundation for 2 years.

Ronald was a member of the U.S Air Force. He is in charge of matching Veterans with Forever In My Heart Foundation’s Service Dogs.

Glenn Rodriguez is a community leader, advocate, published author, and service dog trainer. Glenn works at the Center for Community Alternatives, where he serves as Director of Juvenile Facility Programs and Reentry.
KIMBERLY ARSENAULT
Kimberly Arsenault is a bona-fide animal caretaker. She is a certified wildlife rehabilitation specialist, and knows what it takes to care for animals large and small. In 1996, Kim started her own business as a dog groomer, and owns and operates it to this day. She has trained dogs in the Connecticut area for 25 years.
